Duties/
Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
Safeguard and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image.
Drive engagement within the community and ship building industry by attending trade shows and community networking events Digital Marketing:
Maintain the digital marketing strategy by creating quality content for our website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and newsletter.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools, implementing new strategies to optimize online presence.
Work closely with external partners and agencies to maximize marketing reach and impact.
Create press releases for company events and milestones.
Coordinates company photos and video production as needed.
Maintain social media presence to bolster brand awareness and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Event Planning:
Help coordinate and participate in events, trade shows, employee appreciation events, and other promotional activities.
Effectively market the company's brand by attending trade shows Composes draft speeches for senior management and assists with finalizing speeches as needed Additional duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Proficient with creating digital marketing content and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Required education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field; or equivalent work experience preferred 3
